Purpose of the present document is to supply indications about the modalities, the times and the nature of the information that the holders of the treatment must supply to the users at the moment of the connection to the web pages of PLAstik3D, independently from the purposes of the connection itself, according to the Italian and European legislation.

III - COOKIES


1 - Tipo di Cookies

1. The PLAstik3D website uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small strings of text used to store some information that may relate to the user, his preferences or the Internet access device (computer, tablet or cell phone) and are mainly used to adapt the operation of the site to the user's expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and storing the choices made previously.

1. Profiling cookies are those that create profiles of the user and are used to send advertisements in line with the preferences expressed by the same as part of the navigation on the network.

IV - PROCESSED DATA


1 - How to process data

1. Like all websites, this website makes use of log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The information collected may be as follows:

- internet protocol (IP) address;
- browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
- internet service provider (ISP) name;
- date and time of visit;
- visitor's origin (referral) and exit web page;
- possibly the number of clicks.

V. USER RIGHTS

1. Article 13, c. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 lists the rights of the user.

2. Therefore, the PLAstik3D website intends to inform the user about the existence of the user's rights, according to the following articles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

a) According to art. 15, the right of the interested party to ask the holder for access to personal data, according to art. 16 the possibility to rectify the data provided, according to art.18 the possibility to integrate or limit the treatment that concern him, or to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment according to art. 21, in addition to the right to data portability according to art. 20 Regulation (EU);

b) the right to request cancellation under Article 17, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.

c) the right to obtain confirmation that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, cancellation, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

3. Requests can be addressed to the owner of the treatment, without formalities or, alternatively, using the model provided by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, or by sending an email to: Info@luixcorp.it

If the treatment is based on art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. a) - express consent to use - or art. 9, paragraph 2 lett. a) - express consent to use genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health, data revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions - the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of treatment based on consent given before the revocation.

5. Similarly, in case of violation of the legislation, the user has the right to complain to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as the authority responsible for monitoring the treatment in the Italian State.

VII. SECURITY OF DATA PROVIDED

1. This site treats the data of the users in a lawful and correct manner, adopting the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. The treatment is carried out through computer and/or telematic instruments, with organizational modalities and logics strictly related to the indicated purposes.
