The curing size has increased by 42%, reaching up to φ220 x 260 mm, allowing for the processing of larger models or multiple models in a single post-processing session.

Complete and Enhanced Curing for Fine Details

The innovative design of the Flexicure gooseneck lights increases the energy value up to 30,000 μW/cm² within a range of 1~3 cm, significantly improving the curing of intricate details, such as the top parts of models or fabric folds.

The new arrangement of light beads combined with a lens light source improves curing uniformity by 20% compared to the previous generation. This ensures more even and complete curing, enhancing the quality and consistency of the finished model.

Double-Layer Design and IPA Savings

The washing basket made of double-layer PP material supports washing directly on the print platform. It is adjustable to two heights, 150 mm and 250 mm, adapting to print platforms from 6.6 to 10.6 inches, optimizing the use of isopropyl alcohol (IPA).

Additionally, a new double-layer curing platform allows for processing more models per cycle, significantly improving overall efficiency.

Simple, Quiet, and Efficient Operation

The machine offers washing and curing modes selectable with a single click. The enhanced gooseneck curing light mode can be easily turned on and off. Washing and curing times can be adjusted between 1 and 30 minutes as desired.

Thanks to a more sealed structural design and software optimization, the noise generated during washing and curing is reduced, creating a quieter and more comfortable working environment.
