The X and Y axes are equipped with linear guides, significantly improving stability during printing and extending the equipment's lifespan. The Z-axis has been further optimized to ensure smooth movements and precise calibration. Additionally, the structure rests on carbon steel supports with a non-slip rubber base for extra stability.

Fast Printing

Thanks to a powerful 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz (SOC RK3328), this 3D printer delivers high-performance printing. It can achieve impressive speeds of up to 300 mm/s, although a speed of 150 mm/s is recommended for optimal results. Among printers in this category, it's one of the fastest available.

Automatic Calibration

With a one-click auto-leveling system and an ultra-precise contactless sensor, the Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga automatically detects 121 points on the platform (11 x 11 grid). The result? Perfect calibration with no effort required on your part.

High-Temperature Nozzle

The high-temperature nozzle can reach 300 °C and features a dual-gear extrusion system with a titanium alloy heating block. The advanced copper chromium-zirconium design and the 60W ceramic heating block ensure smooth and precise extrusion.

The PID auto-calibration function adjusts the temperature with great accuracy, while an integrated acceleration sensor automatically compensates for vibrations, providing superior print quality.

The standard 0.6 mm nozzle is included, while 0.4 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1 mm nozzles are available separately.

Efficient Heated Platform

The heated bed consists of four independent magnetic PEI sections (410 x 410 mm) that can reach a maximum temperature of 90°C in just 17 minutes, at an ambient temperature of approximately 25°C. The printer automatically detects the print area and heats only that section or allows manual management to optimize energy consumption.

Powerful Ventilation

The powerful cooling fans (two 5015 side fans and one 4010 axial fan) significantly enhance print quality. They are also smart, shutting down automatically when the print is complete, reducing noise, and extending their lifespan.

Filament Detection and Resume Function

If the filament breaks or runs out, the printer alerts you and pauses the print automatically. This system allows you to resume your work without worries, even in case of power interruptions or manual pauses.

High-Capacity Spool Holder

Made from high-quality sheet metal, this spool holder can support up to 5 kg of filament. Its compact and robust design ensures a reliable and consistent filament flow throughout the print, from start to finish.

7-Inch HD Portable Display

The capacitive 7-inch HD display is removable and can be used handheld. It supports model previews via Elegoo Cura and is available in 8 different languages.
