The Wasp Continuous Feeding System (CFS) is an innovative system for 3D printing of dense ceramic materials designed for the Delta WASP 40100 Clay. It eliminates traditional limited reservoirs, enabling continuous production without air bubbles, facilitating cleaning and switching between materials, and taking advantage of synchronization with the extruder.
It is compatible with a variety of nozzle diameters and offers a capacity of 11 liters and a maximum output of 30 kg/hour. The CFS is a revolutionary solution with potential applications in the art, education, and ceramic industries.

Additional Information
Wasp Continuous Feeding System
Maximum autonomy
The CFS enables continuous printing of pre-mixed fluidic materials on 40100 Clay, during printing the material is added from the circular inlet port.
Automatic material degassing
The upper mixer compacts and degasses the material ensuring homogeneity of flow in printing.
Synchronous use*
The speed of the conveying screw of the CFS is synchronized with the speed of the extruder, so in this case you will not have to worry about manually changing the speed or stopping conveying material when the extruder is stopped.
*verify compatibility.
Ease of disassembly and cleaning:
The CFS is designed to be easily cleaned, this allows easy switching from one type of material to another.
More viscous materials
Compared with conventional tanks, CFS allows more viscous materials to be pushed toward the extruder, preventing part collapse and consequently increasing printing speed.
Compressed air not required
The CFS uses brushless motors for both compressing and transporting the material, thus not requiring compressed air.
