Return Procedure
If the products purchased through our site do not meet your needs, you can return your order and request a refund.
You have the option to return purchases made on plastik3d.com free of charge within 15 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The cost of shipping for the withdrawal of the goods is entirely borne by the customer. We take no responsibility for lost shipments.
Exchange criteria
PLAstik3D carries out exchanges of goods. If you want to change a product purchased on www.plastik3d.com you can request the replacement of the article from our Contact form or by phone, no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and under his responsibility.
After receiving the product and verifying its integrity, the item will be replaced. Between the receipt of the returned product in the warehouse and the refund, up to 14 days may elapse, necessary for taking charge and processing of the return.
Refund
The duration of the transit in transit of the returned goods is not in our control, but as soon as we receive the return we will process it as soon as possible.
After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the items sent, using the payment method you used when placing your order. As an indication, it takes a couple of days from the time of the cancellation for the re-credit.
Refund Method
In any case, you can choose to have the amount of your purchase returned to you via a Purchase Voucher that you can use online for any subsequent order.
If you used credit card payment at the time of purchase, the (full) amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the account corresponding to the card used. The timing of crediting your account may vary from one bank to another.
If you used your PayPal account, the amount of the returned items will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
