To make a purchase on the site www.plastik3d.com you must be of legal age, register and place an order. On the "order completion" page, each order created is assigned a unique number, which is very important because each communication concerning the order itself will have this number as an identifier. Confirmation of taking charge of the order, indicating the relative number, is given by sending an email to the email address indicated during registration.

If you are interested in a form of VAT relief for your purchase, please contact, before placing your order, our Customer Service, by calling or sending an email from Contact form .

There are no minimum or maximum limits of products or amounts for each individual order, with the exception of some promotional initiatives where a maximum limit of pieces is expressly indicated and of purchases with collection in the store where it is possible to insert a maximum of 3 products .

Each order over time (even within the same day) takes on different "states". Within the "My Account" session, by selecting "Order history and details" you can check the status of the order at any time.
