Would you like to cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation of the order. To do this, you can request it from our team via our Contact form
We remind you that we will update you for every single status of your items until delivery. Upon delivery to our courier, we will communicate the Tracking code and all the information to check the progress of the shipment.
Has your order already been shipped?
In this case you can still request the cancellation of the order, but we cannot guarantee that the operation will be successful. We will promptly inform the courier but, if the shipping process is at an advanced stage, the latter may not be able to block the delivery. In the event that it was not possible to cancel the order, we will inform you by email. In this case, you can still:
- Refuse delivery
- Accept the delivery and exercise the right of withdrawal within the following 14 days.
